Fast Tracking the Central Okanagan Bypass

This christmas Councilman Letnick suggested that the city of Kelowna take out a loan to finish the building of the Central Okanagan Bypass to McCurdy RD. Do you think that we should take out a low interest loan and at least get the bypass road to connect to Hwy 33. Please give us your opinion so we can submit it to city council.
