" 24 ": is a Mixed Use Contemporary 26 Storey Residential Tower
Downtown living is finally here! 24 is a mixed use contemporary 26 storey residential tower offering 207 units at affordable prices. The developer, Aquilini Development, is a subsidiary of the Aquilini Investment Group which has a long-time legacy of success and involvement in growing neighbourhoods and developing other premier condominium residences.
