MISSION STATEMENT: JC Rathwell is dedicated to enriching the quality of life for Kelowna and the Central Okanagan residents and become the “peoples choice” and their voice at City Hall. JC will ensure the goals of the citizens of Kelowna are fulfilled, and he will encourage unity and express true family values, plus meeting the requirements of private citizens and corporations to help them prosper in the local, regional, provincial and global economy.
